From the beginning, Polish-American Catholics have had a notable presence at St. Ann. Masses were first celebrated in private homes in the Cable area before a small church was built around 1905. The present building was completed in 1968 and saw a major renovation in 2001. Two years later a new bell tower was constructed to house the original church bell from 1909, named after St. Casimir, a Polish Prince Saint.
St. Ann has an active Parish Life Organization, Music Team, and Leadership Team. The parishioners are working to build ministries that will bring the love of Jesus to the Cable area community.

Thursdays 10a-NoonSt. Ann, the patron of our Parish and the Cable area, is the Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary and grandmother of Jesus Christ. Ann, along with her saintly husband Joachim, celebrate their Feast Day together on July 26. Ann and Joachim are not mentioned in the Bible, but our devotion and honor of them comes from our Tradition. In 2021, Pope Francis established that the Universal Church would celebrate and honor grandparents and the elderly on the "closest Sunday to July 26" as a nod to Ss. Ann & Joachim.
