The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of Sorrows, refers to a series of images depicting Jesus on the day of his crucifixion with accompanying prayers. The objective of the stations is to help the faithful make a spiritual pilgrimage through contemplation of the Passion of Christ. Stations are scheduled on Wednesday’s at St. Ann at 11:30 am and at St. Joseph on Friday’s at 11:30 am and 5:30 pm. Try adding this 30 minute pilgrimage to your weekly Lenten checklist.
We’ll be starting the book on Mar 30 with consecration on May 1, the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker. We’ll let you know as soon as the books arrive. Please call or email the office if you would like to reserve a copy.
Several resources are available at the church entrances including the book I Heard God Calling by Matthew Kelly. This book, a gift from St. Joseph Church, coincides with the Dynamic Catholic: Best Lent Ever.
