The liturgical feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is celebrated annually on October 7. It was instituted to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary in gratitude for the protection that she gives the Church in answer to the praying of the Rosary by the faithful. Therefore, the Rosary will be prayed before all Masses during the month of October.

The SDCCW is sponsoring a Fall Retreat on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, in Cameron, WI. Danielle Hendricks is giving two presentations on how we as Catholic women are called to live our faith in today’s world and carry out God's Great Commission. Fr. Balaraju Policetty is providing a time for Reconciliation and is also celebrating Mass.The cost for the retreat is $20.00 and includes lunch. Registration forms are available in the parish office.

Deacon McCaffery will now be doing a prayer/communion service on the first Saturday of each month at 9:00 am, rather than a regular mass. Also, there will not be any confessions at 8:00 am on the first Saturdays.

The new parish directories will be available for distribution after all the weekend masses for those who had their photo taken by Lifetouch or who had a submitted photo. At this time we are not sure if there will be extra directories for those of you who were unable to participate in the photo sessions during the May/June timeframe.
