Divine Mercy Sunday—Everyone Invited—April 24
This event is for all ages and we encourage everyone to join us. See the program for our celebration inserted in today’s bulletin. Don’t feel like you have to attend the whole event; bring the kids for the Chaplet at 3pm and stay for refreshments at 3:30. We hope to see you there.
Father Stu Movie
You may have heard that a major motion picture on the life of a modern-day Catholic priest has been released in theaters. Well—known Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg portrays Father Stuart Long from Helena, Montana. Both the Hayward and Rice Lake Theatre websites show this film will be playing this week. The Catholic Home Missions Appeal has remained faithful in providing vital assistance to 87 dioceses across the United States, including our own, and its territories and several former territories in the Pacific. A second collection will be taken next weekend so If you would like to contribute, clearly mark your donation and put it in the collection baskets
