In January the vocations team, including Fr. David, challenged the parishes of the Diocese to pray 1,200 rosaries for vocations this year. We took the challenge seriously and met that goal in February; 8,000 have been prayed to date. The challenge has now been increased to 12,000 by year end. Participating in the Rosary Challenge is easy. Pray a rosary yourself or with a group (1 rosary prayed with 10 people = 10 rosaries), log on to Facebook and go to the Called North page, and simply leave a comment on the pinned post at the top of the page or, if Facebook isn’t your cup of tea, then email your monthly total to [email protected] and we’ll accumulate and submit them for you.
